Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in North Shields with the appointment of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity, working in a fastpaced, international environment and managing receivables across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities: Chase aged debt and escalate where necessary to support timely collections. Handle customer and internal queries promptly and professionally. Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in the system. Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers. Support routine reporting and analysis, including using Microsoft Excel. Work independently once trained, managing daily AR processes efficiently. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations preferred. Confident with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload.
