This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts receivable, sales ledger or credit control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. This is a temporary contract initially for signed off for 6 months, with possibility of extension.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing and raising sales invoices accurately and in a timely mannerAllocating incoming customer payments to accountsChasing outstanding payments and monitoring aged debtInvestigating and resolving customer billing and payment queriesReconciling customer accounts and maintaining accurate recordsProcessing credit notes and account adjustments where requiredUpdating customer account information within internal systemsAssisting with month-end activities and reportingSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative dutiesSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, Credit Control or a similar finance roleGood numerical and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage ..... full job details .....
