Accounts Receivable Analyst - Large Hospitality Company Your new company A global events company specialising in providing venues for meetings, conferences and corporate events. The company has locations all across the UK, and they are looking to bringing in an Accounts Receivable Analyst on a temporary basis. Location: WaterlooHours: 9am-6pmHybrid: 2-3 days in officeYour new role Issue invoices and customer statements.Reconcile bank accounts and apply payments.Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.Escalate unresolved debts and support dispute resolution.Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on credit issues.Reconcile AR ledger with General LedgerAssist in producing Weekly Aged Debtor Report (every Monday)Review and update customer credit limits based on payment historyWhat you''ll need to succeed Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a MUST.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve billing issues.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
