This is an office based role. Client Details Our client is a medium sized healthcare provider based in Northampton. The role will initially be on a contract basis, but ideally would turn into a permanent position. Description Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, mostly to Local Authorities. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure prompt collection, mostly via email. Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to address billing and payment queries.
