Full training will be provided, and whilst you''ll be required to work on-site during the initial training period, there is flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week thereafter.What You''ll Be DoingProcessing high volumes of supplier invoicesMatching, coding and posting invoicesProcessing employee expensesPosting bank payments and direct debitsResponding to supplier queriesSetting up and maintaining supplier accountsSupporting weekly payment runsAssisting the wider finance team as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Finance Assistant role, or a recent graduate in Accountancy and FinanceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlinesA confident communicator with a proactive approachComfortable using finance systems and Microsoft ExcelInterested?
