Large digital media company in London is looking for an AP Supervisor to help them through a transition period Your new company You will be working for a global media company in the heart of London whilst they go through a transition.Your new role You will be assisting the AP Manager for 3 months whilst they integrate new systems and processes. Duties include Reviewing AP processes and provide input. Looking after company credit card reconciliation process. Supporting the Finance Manager, ensuring processes are followed by the accounts payable team. Assisting with day-to-day P2P process, data entry, statement reconciliations, payments etc. Providing cover for the Finance Manager when required. Ad-hoc duties as required. What you''ll need to succeed You will need to be proficient in communicating and liaising with senior management.
