You will take ownership of supplier payments, support process improvements, and play a key role in maintaining strong internal and external relationships. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support the junior members of the team. Duties will include:Managing the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and credit notes across multiple divisionsPreparing and executing payment runs in line with internal controlsSetting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate recordsReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesMonitoring deadlines and supporting workload distribution within the teamAssisting with month-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliationsEnsuring compliance with relevant VAT and CIS requirementsActing as a key point of contact for supplier and internal queriesUtilising finance systems to track performance and identify ..... full job details .....
