This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, professional and highly organised AP specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.The Role Working as part of a busy finance function, responsibilities will include:Reviewing and processing invoices accurately within SAPMatching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring correct codingChasing missing purchase orders and completing manual SAP entries where requiredAssisting with supplier payment runsManaging supplier correspondence, including remittance advice and statement reconciliationsSupporting internal finance and management accounting queriesProducing ad-hoc reports as requestedProviding general finance and administrative support to the wider teamAbout You We are looking for someone who is:Experienced within Accounts Payable and comfortable using SAPAble to work independently with minimal supervisionConscientious, reliable and highly detail-orientedAn excellent communicator, both written and verbalProfessional, polished and confident working within a luxury brand environmentOrganised, proactive and able to manage workload effectivelyEnergetic with a positive, can-do ..... full job details .....
