Description The key responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist will include: Resolve invoice and supplier queries, ensuring accurate PO, pricing and payment details. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs. Reconcile supplier accounts, invoices and GRNI, ensuring outstanding items are cleared. Investigate blocked invoices, exceptions and debit balances. Ensure VAT and invoice processes are completed accurately and on time. Monitor KPIs and maintain high service standards. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Support colleagues, process changes and wider Finance projects. Profile A successful Accounts Payable Specialist will have: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role Experienced with multi-currency transactions Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload Confident communication skills when dealing with ..... full job details .....
