Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve Accounts Payable queries Support invoice processing, approvals, and payment activities Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and unmatched items Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment issues Support month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals Monitor AP performance and identify process improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls Requirements Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or a similar role Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work indep...
