The opportunity You will join a busy finance function and help keep supplier accounts, invoice processing and payment activity accurate and on schedule. The position suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, investigating differences and keeping clear records while working to firm deadlines. What you will be doing • Manage purchase invoices from receipt through to payment. • Prepare and coordinate accurate, timely supplier payment runs. • Investigate invoice discrepancies and act as an escalation point for more involved queries. • Maintain organised records of transactions and supplier-account activity. • Monitor outstanding accounts and resolve debit balances on the payables ledger. • Work with colleagues and suppliers to keep issues moving towards a practical resolution.
