Accounts Payable Officer

We''re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a friendly and supportive finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, loves a well-organised inbox, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Working completely remotely, you''ll be trusted to manage your workload, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and play a key role in ensuring suppliers and stakeholders receive an excellent service.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing and monitoring finance inboxes, responding to supplier and colleague queries.
• Processing purchase invoices through an automated accounts payable system.
• Reviewing and escalating purchase orders when required.
• Processing payments and issuing remittances.
• Completing reconciliations and ensuring financial records are accurate.
• Managing practitioner payment reconciliations.
• Processing stipend and expense payments.
• Supporting international payment processes.
• Handling occasional finance-related telephone enquiries.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and providing support to the wider finance team.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
