Client Details An organization based in Southampton within the technology and security sector. Description Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all payments are accounted for. Manage payment runs and prioritise urgent payments when required. Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions. Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting. Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Profile A successful Accounts Payable should have: Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel. Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
