Accounts Payable Manager Central London 6 month fixed term contract with an IMMEDIATE START £55k This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global entertainment and e-sports company. The company is looking to hire a high-calibre, AI-forward Accounts Payable Manager with a proven track record of managing a high-volume AP function across a fast-paced global operation. Experience deploying AI tools is critical for this role.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Own and manage the AP function, overseeing the processing of invoices across multiple entities and currenciesIdentify and pilot new AI-driven AP solutions which will drive down processing costs per invoiceBuild and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into AP performance, liabilities and cash flow impactOwn the AP month-end close process, including supplier statement reconciliations across multiple entitiesSupport the Financial Controller with balance sheet reconciliations and audit-ready workpapersProvide regular insight and commentary on AP performance trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholdersManage and develop a small AP teamWHAT YOU WILL HAVE:Prior experience managing a high-volume AP functionProven track record of using AI and automation to transform AP operationsHands on experience with at least one enterprise AP Automation platformAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProficiency using a cloud-based finance system (eg Xero, ..... full job details .....
