The role also involves maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting wider finance activities, including month-end processes.Key Responsibilities• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, VAT treatment, and adherence to internal procedures• Managing payment runs and ad hoc payments, ensuring all deadlines are met• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies promptly• Supporting cash flow management through accurate and timely processing• Preparing accruals and prepayments and assisting with month-end close• Acting as the main point of contact for supplier queries• Processing and reconciling employee expenses• Supporting audit ..... full job details .....
