Need to see this in your cv and the amount daily or weekly Gaining authorisation of invoices in a timely manner.Reconciling supplier statements.Managing key suppliers in the best interest of the company.Providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.Mange emails and solve suppliers queries when required Other ad hoc work in financeKnowledge/ Skills/ ExperiencePreviously worked in account payable and have relevant experiencesSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledgeExcellent use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience in Basware and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred although not mandatory Strong communication skill with the ability to work cooperatively across various department and able to maintain good relationship with ..... full job details .....
