Accounts Payable£17.50-£20.00 per hour Central London Hybrid Events and Exhibitions Company Immediate StartWe are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Assistant with NetSuite experience to join a fast-growing, vibrant events and exhibitions business in Central London. This is a hybrid, temporary role offering immediate start and the opportunity to support a fast paced and energetic finance team.Key Responsibilities:Process and upload approx. 500 invoices per week using NetSuiteComplete supplier statement reconciliations and clear suspense accountsAssist with month-end and year-end audit requirementsSupport payment runs including BACS, cheques and remittance adviceMatch and batch purchase orders to invoices for approvalManage supplier queries via email and phoneProcess staff expenses and support process improvementsMaintain accurate finance logs, records and filing systemsAssist with supplier setup and approval processesSupport AP Manager with ad hoc finance and admin tasksRequirements:Experience in Accounts Payable or a finance support roleNetSuite experience is highly desirableStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)High attention to detail and strong numerical abilityAble to work effectively in a fast-paced finance ..... full job details .....
