CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable, growing business based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Accounts Payable Assistant on a full time basis.The Purchase Ledger Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and responsibilities will include:Maintain purchase ledger for the groupProcessing staff expenses Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account detailsReconciliation of supplier statementsManaging the accruals scheduleBeing a point of contact for all relevant escalated enquiries within the teamSuitable candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant:Prior experience within purchase ledger to be able to hit the ground runningAbility to problem solve and deal with escalated supplier issues Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independentlyAdditional information and benefits for the Purchase Ledger Assistant: Free parkingHybrid working pattern25 days holiday5% company pensionSalary dependent on experienceCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
