Pay: 14.00- 15.00 per hour Job description: Job description: Immediate start / full time / training given / prestigious global brand in aerospace / SAP Exposure and training Accounts Payable Clerk Salary: 14.00- 15.00 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week (early finish on a Friday) Contract: Temp-Perm Start Date: Immediate Start Available About the Role Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team in a integrated aerospace company on a on going weekly contract. This is an excellent opportunity who is comfortable working in a high-volume, data-driven environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly integrate into the team, manage their own workload independently, and hit the ground running from day one. Key Responsibilities Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Matching, batching, and coding invoices. Inputting financial data into SAP (training given). Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation About You Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position is essential. Comfortable working with large volumes of manual data processing. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Available to start immediately or at short notice.
