Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk (Dutch Speaking) Pinpoint Resourcing is partnering with a business who are looking to strengthen their Accounts Payable function with the addition of an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and related financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the finance team by managing vendor relationships and ensuring the integrity of the accounts payable ledger. Responsibilities: Process and verify supplier invoices, expense claims, and credit notes. Match purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes (three-way matching). Enter and code invoices accurately in the accounting system. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update vendor records and payment terms. Respond to vendor and internal inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and AP aging reports. Support audits by providing documentation and responding to queries. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives. About you: High attention to detail and accuracy.
