We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client’s team on a temporary basis.

Working on a team of 6, you will be responsible for the following duties;


As an Accounts Payable Clerk your duties will be: -
 

• Invoice processing: Receiving, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounting system, ensuring they are accurate and have the necessary supporting documentation.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling the accounts payable sub-ledger with the general ledger and performing bank reconciliations.
• Compliance and control: Ensuring all payments are made in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Month-end close: Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes by completing all necessary tasks related to accounts payable.

• Must have accounts payable experience.
• Experience within accounts in the property sector would be advantageous.
• IT literate.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with people on all levels.
