This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions. Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in maintaining the purchase ledger, managing supplier accounts and helping to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day finance activities. The Role This position will suit someone who thrives in a detail-focused role and takes pride in delivering accurate work while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting. Maintain supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve queries efficiently. Reconcile statements and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly. Assist with scheduled payment runs and support cashflow management activities. Build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Support month-end activities and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Ensure financial records are maintained to a high standard and in line with company procedures.
