Key Responsibilities: Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in completing month-end tasks for group accounting in a timely manner. Input multi-country import stock invoices, ensuring correct tax implications are applied. Process overhead invoices, ensuring correct coding according to budgets, including understanding prepayments and accruals. Support management accountants with month-end close activities. Process BACS and international payment runs for approval, prioritizing key payments. Resolve supplier queries efficiently, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and processing purchase return orders when necessary. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain accurate records. Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts and credit cards. Identify and post intercompany purchase invoices and journals.
