Accounts Payable Clerk - Temporary Ongoing Role - BirminghamWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy finance function based in Birmingham on an ongoing temporary basis.This role would suit a confident purchase ledger professional who has previously worked within the housebuilding sector and is familiar with using the COINS accounting system.Main Duties:Processing high volumes of supplier invoicesMatching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notesCoding, batching and entering invoices onto the systemHandling supplier queries and resolving discrepanciesReconciling supplier statementsAssisting with payment preparationSupporting the finance team with month-end tasksKeeping supplier accounts and records up to date on COINSCandidate Requirements:Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger positionBackground working within the housebuilding or construction industryPractical experience using COINSStrong accuracy and attention to detailGood communication skills and a professional approachAbility to manage workloads and work to deadlinesAble to commit to an ongoing temporary assignmentThe Offer:£15 per hourOngoing temporary workBirmingham locationOpportunity to work within an established housebuilding businessBroadstone Resourcing Ltd acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business and all appointments will be made on merit alone. ..... full job details .....
