Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued smooth and efficient running of the finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is flexible and adaptable, with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude who enjoys working in a busy dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, code and process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and in line with company policies Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with terms Support month-end closing activities, including journals, accruals, and financial reporting Monitor and maintain up-to-date accounts payable ledgers Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries from suppliers and internal teams Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any disputes Act as a key point of contact for vendor and employee payment inquiries Assist with internal and ..... full job details .....
