      <description>Location: Lanarkshire | Salary: &amp;pound;14.32/hour | Type: Temporary | Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This vital role ensures timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and supporting the overall financial operations of the business.  As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, ensuring accurate ledger entries, managing payment runs, and resolving payment queries. This position is essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and contributing to efficient cash flow management.   Key Responsibilities:    Process and reconcile purchase invoices, credit notes, and expense claims accurately and timely.  Maintain the purchase ledger and ensure all entries are correctly posted.  Prepare and execute payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments.  Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
