Whether you''re an experienced Accounts Payable professional or an ambitious graduate with around 12 months of finance experience looking to take the next step, we''d love to hear from you.What you''ll be doingProcessing high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyManaging supplier queries and maintaining strong relationshipsPerforming supplier statement reconciliationsSupporting payment runs and month-end activitiesInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepanciesWorking with both manual and OCR invoice processing systemsEnsuring compliance with internal controls and company proceduresSupporting process improvement initiatives across the AP functionWhat we''re looking forPrevious Accounts Payable or Finance experienceExperience with 2-way and 3-way PO matching is highly desirableInventory, stock or manufacturing finance exposure would be advantageousExperience using OCR invoice processing systems would be beneficialStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood Excel skillsA ..... full job details .....
