Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a dynamic Accounts Payable Assistant to join a thriving company based in the prestigious Chelsea area. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Assistant will include: Invoice Processing: Accurately process a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments. Payment Runs: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, maintaining strong attention to detail. Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Query Resolution: Manage and resolve any supplier queries, ensuring excellent communication and customer service. Accounts Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Reporting: Support the finance team with month-end closing and provide reports as required. To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you will require: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role within the property sector.
