Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices using a fully electronic workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Work across multiple systems, including Shopalite, Focal Point, and Access Dimensions Code, validate and post invoices in line with organisational procedures Handle invoice queries and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers Provide general support to the finance team with accounts payable activities Requirements: Recent, relevant experience in a similar finance role within a charitable organisation Confidence using relevant digital tools (Microsoft Excel, Lightyear, Shopalite, Focal Point, and Access Dimensions) High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative and proactive approach ...
