The Accounts Payable Assistant will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions within the manufacturing industry. Reporting into the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include: Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to relevant accounts.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist in month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and reports.Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.Work closely with the wider accounting and finance team to support projects as needed.Provide administrative support for the accounts payable function when required.ProfileIn order to apply for the role you should:Have previous experience in Accounts PayableBe able to consider a temporary role initiallyBe ..... full job details .....
