Manage the purchase ledger for different clients. Responsible for using their document management system, e-approval platform and Xero. Manage credit notes. Statement reconciliations. Manage the clubs company credit cards. Lots of liaison with suppliers and our Finance Managers. As this role progresses there is chance to move into payroll, bank reconciliation, supplier payment runs + more!
