Processing supplier invoices for a group of companies Undertaking monthly supplier statement reconciliations Processing sundry payments and handling any general enquiries Managing multiple mailboxes Inputting invoices onto the system Liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries promptly Assisting new and existing supplier accounts in line with company policy Generating weekly payment runs for approval and payment Performing monthly supplier reconciliations Matching invoices to purchase orders All round accounts support and administration to the wider team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus purchase ledger experience, preferably with AAT part qualification, strong Excel skills, a steady career history, good communication skills and telephone manner, happy working closely as part of a team, used to working to strict processes.
