This is a fantastic opportunity to lead both the AP and AR functions, managing a finance team while ensuring strong cash flow, accurate financial processing, and excellent customer and supplier relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.Oversee supplier payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs.Manage customer collections, cash allocation, aged debt, and account reconciliations.Monitor working capital, cash flow, and AR/AP performance.Support month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit requirements.Drive process improvements, automation, and strong financial controls.Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.About You5+ years'' accounting experience with exposure to both AP and AR.Previous experience managing finance teams.Strong accounting knowledge and financial controls experience.Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Dynamics, or NetSuite.Retail or wholesale sector experience is advantageous.What''s on Offer?£45,000 - £50,000 salaryHybrid working after probationCompetitive benefits packageOpportunity to join a successful and growing businessIf you''re an experienced AP/AR leader looking for a broad and hands-on ..... full job details .....
