Accounts Payable Analyst

Talentmark are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. This role is site based in Swindon.

Salary:
-13.58 per hour, PAYE

Accounts Payable Analyst Role:

• Process supplier invoices accurately, checking approvals and matching purchase orders.-
• Keep the ERP system updated with clean, accurate invoice data.
• Follow internal controls and payment policies at all times.
• Manage payment workflows for your designated sites.
• Handle supplier queries quickly and professionally.

Your Background:

• Solid hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
