Accounts Payable AnalystContract Length - 12 MonthsPayrate - 115.38 per day PAYE Location - Leeds - Onsite JOB PURPOSETo assist and support the Accounts Payable department with day to day and ad-hoc duties as required RESPONSIBILITIESValidating invoices via ICC recognitionManagement of accounts payable exceptions within Vendor Invoice Management tooMatching and Processing invoices against 2 and 3 way purchase orders,Processing of Non PO InvoicesVerifying payment statusWorking with the business via Ask Finance to resolve AP queriesLiases with external vendors where necessary to resolve queries for all types of invoices, management and payment queriesManagement of shared outlook mailbox and calendarsTo provide continuous support to your Supervisor and the Accounts payable teamPERSONAL PROFILEThe successful candidate will be an organised and enthusiastic person with great communication skillsA good team player is essential in this role and also the candidate should have a strong desire and willingness to learn and take on new tasksThey should have the ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlinesExperience in working with manual accounts payable processesUse/experience of SAP ERP systems desirable (desirable but not mandatory)Intermediate Microsoft office skills, inc Word, Excel, OutlookPrevious experience with a document scanning solution would be advantageousEnthusiastic, organised, good communicatorTeam playerDesire to learnAttention to detailProactive way ..... full job details .....
