Sheridan Maine London is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well-established Bath-based organisation on a full-time, temporary basis, offering £13 to £16 per hour. The role involves performing supplier account reconciliations, accurately inputting invoices into the accounting system, and resolving payment queries. Additional duties include processing company expenses, credit card transactions, assisting with bank reconciliations, and producing monthly financial reports. Candidates should possess prior finance or accounts experience, a solid grasp of basic accounting principles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in IT systems such as Excel and Outlook. High numeracy and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform regular supplier account reconciliations
- Accurately input invoices into the accounting system

- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
