Accounts Payable Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well-established business based in Southampton on a 3-month temporary basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the finance function by ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and payments to suppliers are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The assignment has a possibility of becoming permanent for the right person, depending on performance and business needs.The Accounts Payable Administrator Role:Support the processing of day-to-day financial transactionsMaintain accurate financial records by reconciling accounts and ensuring transactions are correctly loggedInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies, liaising with relevant stakeholders as requiredProvide clear communication when handling queries or resolving issuesAssist with period-end processes to ensure deadlines are metWork collaboratively within the team, maintaining strong communication and a proactive approachThe Ideal Accounts Payable Administrator Candidate:Previous experience within a similar positionStrong knowledge of accounting principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible, proactive and excellent communication skillsBenefits:Competitive SalaryWorking 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working - 2 days office, 3 days at homePotential to go permanentPlease contact Zoe Jones at Dynamite Recruitment on for more details or apply now ..... full job details .....
