Accounts Payable Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis. Summary of the Accounts Payable Administrator role Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Biggleswade Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time. Hours: 40 hours working weekResponsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator Maintain bought ledger and associated control accounts.Reconciliation of transit accounts with the purchase cycle.Prepares payment proposals and bi-monthly settlement of liabilities.Process invoices and payments.Manage internal reporting timetables.Prepare ledger reports. Requirements for a successful Accounts Payable Administrator Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Payable role previously.Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.Experience with purchase and sales ledger.Excellent communication skills.
