Perform daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliationsManage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, and credit controlProcess, record, and file invoices and financial documentsSupport VAT return preparation and liaise with external accountantsOversee company insurances, renewals, and compliance checksHandle general office administration and maintain company recordsAssist with basic HR tasks, staff inductions, and employee record managementSkills and Experience
Experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or similar roleStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and reconciliationsFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain ..... full job details .....
