Accounts Manager (Transactional and VAT) - Fforestfach Salary: £35,000Location: Fforestfach, SwanseaHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmWorking pattern: Fully site-basedType: Permanent We are recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a growing multi-entity, multi-site business based in Fforestfach, Swansea. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day transactional finance function, VAT and supporting the wider finance requirements across a number of entities. Working as part of a small finance team, you will oversee transactional finance activities while working closely with senior management. The role will suit someone who has a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT and month-end processes, and who is comfortable working across multiple entities. Key responsibilities: Managing and overseeing a small finance team Responsibility for day-to-day transactional finance Oversight of purchase ledger and sales ledger Accounts payable and accounts receivable Bank reconciliations Payment runs Preparing and submitting VAT returns Supporting month-end processes Reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records Supporting PandL and management reporting Working across multiple entities and sites Supporting year-end processes Maintaining financial controls Providing financial information to senior management Improving finance processes and procedures The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within an Accounts Manager, ..... full job details .....
