ABOUT THE FIRM My client is an established Ashford practice that''s part of a national accountancy group. It looks after a broad mix of small and medium-sized businesses, with a local team that knows its clients well and the backing of a bigger organisation behind it. THE ROLE You''ll manage your own portfolio of clients, completing and reviewing a wide range of accounts and being the main point of contact. A big part of the job is reviewing the accounts team''s work, giving useful feedback and helping people develop. You''ll also work closely with the partners, supporting them day to day, so your voice will be heard.
