This role is offered on a hybrid basis. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the internal team to offer the best customer experience, generating profitable sales revenues for the organisation, and ensure internal KPIs are met. The duties of the Accounts Manager include:Building and maintaining strong successful customer relationships with key accountsResponding to customer requests, maximizing each opportunity and meeting deadlinesProactively promoting the entire organisation IP Solutions product range, including new introductions and promotions into identified key customer contactsResearching project enquiries for information on competitors and other parties involvedReporting any market/competitor information on pricing and products back to the DoS -Projects and Internal Security ManagerMaintaining the CRM Project database to create Sales Pipeline and forecast informationEnsuring price changes and price increases are managed and administered appropriately by the EU internal Sales teamResolving Pre and Post Sales issues and queries by working with other departments to provide a successful outcomeMaintaining and driving the project sales report and have regular meetings with the teamAttending the Daily ..... full job details .....
