Accounts Manager (Part-Time) Remote 15-17.5 hours per week Permanent £35,000 - £39,000 - pro rata. Reed Accountancy is delighted to be partnering with a successful and well-established business in the construction and infrastructure sector to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business in a standalone finance role, offering flexibility, autonomy and the chance to take ownership of the finance function. Working closely with the Directors, you''ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day and long-term financial operations of the business. The Role You will be responsible for managing the company''s finance function, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Managing all bookkeeping and accounting activities using Sage Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers Processing supplier invoices and payment runs Managing online banking and bank reconciliations Credit control and cashflow reporting Preparing and submitting VAT returns Processing payroll and pensions Producing monthly management accounts Preparing year-end accounts to trial balance Liaising with external accountants and supporting audits Ensuring HMRC and statutory compliance requirements are met About You We''re looking for an experienced finance professional with: Strong Sage experience (essential) Experience managing a full finance function within an SME Payroll, VAT and HMRC compliance experience Experience ..... full job details .....
