REED Finance are working exclusively with our innovative Construction based SME in Weymouth recruiting an Accounts Manager to join the team reporting into the Group Financial Director. This a permanent role with a competitive salary responsible for the accurate recording of financial information and the efficient operation of the finance function across the Group. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer receiptsProduce monthly sales reports for customers as requestedMaintain and control customer rebate accruals in line with agreed terms and produce associated monthly, quarterly and annual rebate credits and/or paymentsProduce and distribute monthly sales reports to directors and Area Sales ManagersAssist and oversee the accounts team with their purchase ledger duties to include:Assist and oversee the accounts team with their banking ledger duties to include:Daily reconciliation of GBP bank accounts and the RBS invoice discounting ledgerResolve any cashing-up discrepancies that ariseReconcile foreign currency bank accountsReconcile loan accounts and post any interest journals requiredEnter foreign supplier invoices using correct exchange rateArrange foreign payments as required, using brokers ..... full job details .....
