Accounts Manager, Oxfordshire A growing and highly regarded accountancy practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced and confident accounts manager to join their team. This is a key role within the firm, offering autonomy, variety, and a clear path to further progression. It s ideal for someone who enjoys both client-facing responsibilities and supporting the development of a high-performing team. The role: Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients across a variety of sectors Reviewing year-end accounts, tax returns, and VAT submissions prepared by the team Providing strategic advice to clients and helping them achieve their financial goals Leading client meetings, handling queries, and maintaining excellent relationships Supporting, mentoring, and managing junior staff to ensure quality output and continued development Contributing to internal process improvements and workflow management About you: ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in practice Skilled in managing client portfolios and reviewing team output Strong communicator with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach Comfortable leading client meetings and advising on technical matters Proficient with cloud-based software such as Xero, QuickBooks, CCH or similar What s on offer: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Flexible hybrid working options Progression opportunities to senior leadership roles A friendly, professional ..... full job details .....
