Accounts Manager role for a well respected accountancy firm in the Sidcup areaClient DetailsA mid-tier accountancy firm in the Sidcup area is recruiting for an Accounts Manager to manage a busy portfolio of clients and a small team.DescriptionManage client accounts and oversee their financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.Maintain strong client relationships and address their financial queries.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.Supervise and mentor junior team members.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.ProfileA successful Accounts Manager should have: A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.Experience in managing accounts within the accountancy practice industry.Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Proven ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Job OfferSalary ranging from 55,000 to 65,000, dependent on the level of experience.Permanent position based in Sidcup.Additional benefits as part of the employment package.Hybrid working. ..... full job details .....
