They are now looking for a standalone Accountant to take ownership of the day to day finance function. At its core, the role covers the basics: Purchase and sales ledger invoicing Monthly payroll for around 25 employees Bank reconciliations and cash flow Sales and financial reporting VAT returns Some CIS work Keeping the accounts accurate and up to date Beyond that, there is plenty of scope to make the role your own. The business is forward thinking in its use of technology and already uses Power BI. Experience with Power BI would be great, but it isn''t a deal breaker.
