Accounts Manager

Salary up to 35,000 per annum Location: Bury St. Edmunds Industry: Manufacturing We are seeking a Accounts Manager to join a leading Manufacturer in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of financial experience, encompassing the preparation and oversight of financial records, from initial bookkeeping activities through to trial balance and the production of management accounts. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of supporting the financial health and reporting needs of the business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general bookkeeping and transaction recordingManage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate trial balancesPrepare and analyse management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningAssist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policiesProvide insights to aid decision-making and improve financial performanceRequirements:Proven experience in a finance role within a manufacturing or similar environmentStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles through to trial balance and management accountsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyGood communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholdersIf you''re interested and have ..... full job details .....
