You''ll lead a small finance team while taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function, supporting the wider business with accurate financial reporting, cashflow management and commercial insight.Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting operational managers and ensuring the finance function runs efficiently.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts and leading the month-end close processManaging accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliationsProducing WIP reporting, KPI reports and financial analysisPreparing and monitoring daily and weekly cashflow forecastsManaging banking activities and overseeing supplier paymentsSupervising the sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control functionsPreparing VAT returns and supporting audit, budgeting and forecasting activitiesOverseeing weekly and monthly payroll processesLeading, coaching and developing a small finance teamPartnering with operational managers to provide financial support and ..... full job details .....
