We are looking for an experienced and hands on finance individual to join a busy organisation supporting the day-to-day finance and operational functions. The Role: Overseeing wraparound care administration and payments Managing payments and administration for afterschool clubs Responding to parent queries and resolving issues efficiently Supporting the school''s financial administration and reconciliation processes Working closely with the Headteacher and school leadership team Managing day-to-day operational and administrative matters Ensuring accurate records, payments and processes are maintained Providing a visible and approachable presence within the school Month end tasks Managing nursery fees and payments Complex reconciliation Invoicing About You Has previous experience working within a school environment.
